The ask

A playwright, director and teaching artist wanted her site to work as a living artistic archive, not a corporate portfolio: students should find her, theatre companies should discover and licence her plays, and she must be able to maintain it herself with no page builders and no paid plugins.

What shipped

Milestone one delivered the thinking before the code: a forty-page Project Initiation and Planning document with a thirty-nine-page sitemap inventory, a seven-sheet content and migration workbook, and a twenty-two-page Site Repair Guide written for a complete beginner in eleven numbered tasks. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the standard; Inter and Source Serif 4 are the voice.
