A laboratory supply company selling research-use-only materials needed a store where documentation is not an afterthought: every lot linked to its own Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheet and specification, and a compliance posture that never slips into human-use language.

What shipped

A documentation-first WooCommerce store with lab_document and lab_lot as first-class records, one-click archive and activate actions, and a searchable Documentation Library. Forty-eight batch-specific PDFs generated by a ReportLab engine. A warm-paper design system with Iris blue, Inter and Newsreader. Everything shipped as numbered, independently pasteable code snippets and a single design-system stylesheet.
