The ask

Could the world’s best-known breathwork and cold-exposure method have a platform worthy of its evidence base, its safety obligations and its legacy? This is the proposal, built method-agnostic so the Wim Hof Experience is the first vertical rather than the only one.

What shipped

A Grand Master Compilation of roughly twenty-five thousand lines: biography, the three-pillar method, DOI-linked studies with honest evidence grading including null results, brand and corporate detail. A working WordPress starter kit across five releases: nine custom post types, five custom tables, a REST API that refuses to log a session without a not-near-water attestation, a progressive unlock engine, a route map, a personalised guidebook generator with signed download links. A thirty-section digital audit of the existing properties.
